Having difficulty starting with Tunerpro

Downloaded V4 and V5beta.

Downloaded the strategy from the tunerpro website for CBAZA (94 mustang) and the T4MO.bin file from http://www.eecanalyzer.net/DocMan/GuestOut.php

When I try to open the bin with the strategy i get a jumbled mess with tables that don't make sense and scalars that are mostly 0s and tables with lots of 0s.

the strategy says "Requires 64k bin file, first 8k to be 'padded' with null data"

I don't know how to check if the .bin files are as required... or if it is possible to manually modify a .bin file.

I have tried opening other .bin files and get the same results.
I have also tried other strategies, like gufB with A9l and similar problems.

Any help is appreciated.
